NTW accepts product returns and product warranty for manufacturers
- Dealers have 12 months from the date of purchase to return products that were purchased from NTW
- Dealers will need to provide the invoice of the product being returned
- NTW will not accept product with DOT dates later than 3 years old.
Product will be picked up within 3 business days after request has been made
Returned product will be credited to the dealers account within 2 business days of receipt
NTW will pick up warranty tires at dealer request and assess warranty level within 3 business days of receipt
NTW will provide warranty credits to dealers within 14 business days of receipt of the tire
NTW will credit or debit the dealer the difference of the warranty value received from the manufacturer and that previously provided by NTW
Marketing credits issued within 15 days after a monthly program and within 30 days of a quarterly program

When an issue requires escalation, we will provide you next steps and time estimates

- Dealers have 90 days from the date of purchase to return products that were purchased from NTW
- Dealers will need to provide the invoice of the product being returned
- NTW will not accept product with DOT dates later than 3 years old
Returned product will be credited to the dealers account within 7 working days of receipt
NTW will pick up warranty tires at dealer request and assess warranty level within 48 hours of receipt
NTW will provide warranty credits to dealers within 14 working days of receipt of the tire
NTW will credit or debit the dealer the difference of the warranty value received from the manufacturer and that previously provided by NTW
